Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your styling session. ⏱️
Notification Method: Please notify us via email, text, or phone call. 📱
Deposits: Failure to provide the required 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 💰
Emergency Clause: We understand that life happens. The notice period may be waived at our discretion in the case of a genuine emergency. 🚑
Booking and Payments:
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This must be paid prior to the service taking place. 💰
Additional Costs: Any purchases made during the 1:1 Personal Shopping Experience (clothing, accessories, etc.) are at the sole expense of the client. 🛍️
Incidental Fees: Travel-related costs, such as parking fees at Westfield Kotara or other locations, are to be covered by the client. 🚗
Emergency Waiver: While the 24-hour notice policy is standard, any waiver of fees for emergencies is at the Stylist’s sole discretion. 🚑
